Special event Monday, November 16: LIVE from Washington, D.C.

What's happening at the White House? This is a question many of us have on our minds as the results of the election continue to be tallied. Banyan Global Learning's Teacher Courtney will take us on a tour of the grounds outside of the White House in Washington, D.C.

Students will explore the most recent election results and related news, making comparisons to the 2016 election, and will discuss what the White House means to them. Most importantly, students will share their visions of a future White House and what it would represent.

Fellow activists from Los Angeles, including Active Advocate and Refuse Fascism will join the Student Activism Club to share perspectives, examine recent news stories, and plan action moving forward.
